these are the sites i visit every day. these links should be
current, since i use them. all sites have new content 7 days a
week unless otherwise noted. i consider monday, tuesday, wednesday,
thursday, and friday to be weekdays. "unknown" means i haven't
figured it out yet, not that no one could possibly know. "sporadic"
means really inconsistent about whatever schedule is in place.
"on hiatus" means no new entries, and i don't know when they'll
start up again.
